SMS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These SMS Terms and Conditions govern the Puff Lab Plushies text-messaging program operated by PFL Supply, LLC, doing business as Puff Lab Plushies (“Puff Lab Plushies,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By affirmatively opting in to our SMS program, you agree to these SMS Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

1. PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

Puff Lab Plushies may send recurring automated marketing and promotional text messages to the mobile telephone number you provide.

After submitting an opt-out request, you may receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. No additional marketing text messages will be sent unless you later provide new consent.

If you subscribe to more than one messaging program operated by us, we may need additional information to determine the programs from which you wish to unsubscribe.

7. CARRIER DISCLAIMER

Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and other service providers. Puff Lab Plushies does not guarantee that every text message will be received.

Not all mobile devices or wireless carriers may be supported.
